Laxative Tea?

New postby marie » Sun Feb 22, 2009 11:54 pm

I had been water fasting on and off. I am successfully finishing up day 8 but I can tell you I wanted pizza. I added colloidal silver, 2 cups of oolong tea and Herbs & Prunes. I wanted to switch it up a bit. I was thinking of using Smooth Move laxative tea for 1 week (1 in p.m. and 1 next a.m.) (instead of the Herbs & Prunes). Will that work too? Also, will that along with 2 cups of the oolong be too strong? Thanks!

The best type of cleansing tea I have ever tried is called simply detox tea and can be found in most supermarkets. I also would suggest that you try a supplement called Herbs & Prunes. It moves the bowels tremendously and I have used it for many years. Detox Tea and Herbs & Prunes are both excellent ways to remove excess fecal matter stuck to the walls of the colon, if done regularly - at least twice per week at first and then monthly. I also strongly suggest anyone using these supplements to drink lots of water, about half-a-gallon per day is preferable. Hope this helps!

Hello there!

I'm from other country and I'm afraid I won't find here the teas you've mentioned. What should I use for clansing my colon on a water fast? Should I do enemas daily?

Coffee Enemas

New postby Robert Dave Johnston » Sat Feb 27, 2010 5:27 pm

Coffee enemas are very good to clean colon. The caffeine stimulates the colon and can help foster pretty dramatic discharges. This is especially good to rid the body of stubborn fecal matter that has been adhered to the walls of the colon for many years. Coffee enemas are very easy to prepare. You make a full pot of coffee, allow it to cool, then mix it 50% coffee-50% water in a gallon jug. You can start by doing a half gallon enema to see how your body reacts. You may get an immediate reaction, or it make take some time. If you do not get a quick reaction, lay flat on the floor and spend time massaging the four quadrants of your stomach. Sometimes the toxins need to be worked out with patience!:-) Do one daily until you are satisfied that your body has discharged all that it needs to.

Thank you, Robert, for your quick answer!

This site/forum is awsome, you can't even immagine since when I was looking for something like this.
I had in mind for a long time the idea of a water fast, but all the doctors I spoke with, told me it's insane, that I will die or something like that. Ignorance, what can I say...

Are there supplements necessary during a waterfast?

Thx a lot!

If you are healthy, you won't be harmed by fasting, instead your body wl be better fine tuned and enhanced overall.
Of course it has to be done in moderation that your body mass can tolerate.

Fasting also is a good way to cure many illnesses and diseases. There's a lot of reading on this from the scientific journals. I wud say too much food is worse to the body than the practise of fasting. Eating introduce toxins to our system, while fasting eliminates it. I wud do it in moderation. Your body wl know its own limit.
